What is MotorCoachX?
MotorCoachX is software for charter bus and motorcoach companies. It runs sales and booking, charter trips and dispatch, a driver app, fleet maintenance, and finance and payroll in one system, for operators with one branch or many in the US and Canada.
Can you help us move our data from our current system?
Yes. We assist with data migration as part of getting you set up. Our team works with you to bring over your existing records, so you don't start from a blank screen. Trips, payroll hours and opening balances can also be imported from Excel.
What support do we get?
Our team supports you through setup, migration and day-to-day use. When something comes up in the office or on the road, you talk to people who know charter operations.
Does it work if we operate in both the US and Canada?
Yes. Each branch has a country. Forms switch to match it (SIN or SSN, province or state, postal code or ZIP), amounts follow CAD or USD, and payroll uses Canadian or US deductions. You can run branches in both countries from one account.
Will my drivers be able to use it?
Yes. In the driver app they accept or reject trips, run the pre-trip inspection, set availability, check their calendar, log expenses, chat with the office and see their pay. It works on iPhone and Android. Drivers don't use the office side at all.
Who owns our data, and can we export it?
Your company owns its data. You can export it, and you control how long records are retained.
Does MotorCoachX replace our ELD or GPS tracking?
No. MotorCoachX doesn't include electronic logging or hours-of-service tracking, so keep your certified ELD.
