Do I have to use every feature?
No. Use the parts you need now and add the rest later.
Is there a driver app?
Yes. Drivers and technicians have apps for trips, inspections, expenses, jobs and pay records.
Does it work for shuttle runs as well as charters?
Yes. Charters, multi-day tours and recurring shuttle runs live in the same schedule, calendar and dispatch board.
Does it work in Canada and the US?
Yes. Each branch has its own country, and forms, deductions and year-end reports follow it. One account can run branches in both.
Can different people see different things?
Yes. Roles and per-person permissions decide which modules each person sees, and people can be limited to their own branches.
Can customers pay online?
Yes. Every invoice email has a Pay Online button, and customers pay by card or bank.
Does it connect to QuickBooks?
Yes. Invoices, payments, customers, expenses and bills sync to QuickBooks Online, and payments recorded there come back.
Does it replace our ELD or GPS tracking?
No. MotorCoachX doesn't include electronic logging or hours-of-service tracking, so keep your certified ELD.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Your company owns its data. Export drivers, customers, invoices, work orders, payables and payments for any date range.
