Questions
How do permissions work?
Each role gets modules such as trips, fleet, invoices or payroll, with see, create, edit, delete and export set separately. You can adjust a single person without making a new role.
Can I limit someone to one branch?
Yes. Access is scoped to the branches you assign.
How do I add people?
Invite them by email. You can resend an invite or revoke it before it is accepted.
Can I see who changed a trip?
Yes. Trips, customers, bids, drivers and coaches keep an audit log of each change, who made it and when.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export drivers, customers, invoices, work orders, payables and payments for a date range. Each person can also export their own personal data.
