Questions
Do you track license expiry dates?
Yes. Each driver's license number, class and expiry are on their record, and expired or due documents, including the medical card, show on the attention list.
Can drivers submit expenses?
Yes. Drivers log fuel, tolls, parking, lost items and charter expenses in the app, with the receipt.
Can drivers see their pay?
Yes. Drivers see their hours and pay records in the app. They cannot change them.
How do drivers find out about a new trip?
They get a notification and the trip appears in the app. Drivers acknowledge it, and the office can see who has and who hasn't.
Can drivers mark days they can't work?
Yes. Drivers set their availability in the app, and dispatch sees it when assigning trips.
