What happens when two trips clash?
Conflicts are flagged on the board and the month grid. Assignments start as drafts, so you review conflicts before you confirm.
What is a tight turnaround?
When a driver or coach has two trips on the same day less than an hour apart, the board flags it as a tight turnaround. It is a warning, not a block: you can still confirm, but you see the gap before the driver does.
Do drivers know when they're assigned?
Yes. Drivers get the trip in the app with a notification and acknowledge it, and the office sees who has.
Can I see trips other ways?
Yes. A table for sorting, a multi-month overview for planning, an upcoming run sheet for the morning briefing, a day view and a calendar.
