Build the invoice from the trip, check the preview, and send it. The customer scans the code or taps Pay Online, pays by card or bank, and the invoice turns paid.
In the web app, invoice INV-1042 for Cedarline Academy is built from the Whistler charter trip, $2,450.00, with a preview that has a code to scan and pay. After Send, the customer pays $2,450.00 by card on their phone and sees Payment successful.
Questions
Can customers pay online?
Yes. Every invoice email has a Pay Online button. Customers pay by card or bank, and the payment is recorded on the invoice.
When is an invoice marked paid?
Only when its balance reaches zero. An overpayment becomes a credit.
Can I send reminders?
Yes. Send statements and reminders by hand or automatically, and see open balances by age.
Can I keep track of vendors and payables?
Yes. Add vendors and record the bills you owe them, with approval above a limit and recurring bills. Run the 1099 or T4A report at year end.
Does it work with QuickBooks?
Yes. Invoices, payments, customers, expenses and bills sync to QuickBooks Online, and payments recorded in QuickBooks come back to MotorCoachX.
Does it cover Canada and the US?
Yes. Branches carry their country, and year-end reports cover 1099 and T4A.
