Create a trip in minutes.

One-off charters and recurring shuttle runs start from the same place. Here is what the office fills in, and what happens after you save.

Charter trip

One-off and multi-day trips

  1. Start from anywhere

    A blank form, a booking form request, a duplicate of a past trip, or an Excel import.

  2. Add the customer and the stops

    One-way, round trip or split run. Each stop gets pickup, depart, layover and drop-off times, so a four-day tour is one trip.

  3. Price it

    Daily, hourly or mileage rates, extra charges and tax. The quote total becomes the trip amount, and you email it to the customer.

  4. Assign and send to drivers

    Pick a driver and coach for each bus, check conflicts, and send it to the driver app. You see who has acknowledged.

Shuttle run

Recurring shuttle service

  1. Set up the service

    Name the service, select the customer, and set the start and end dates for the recurring shuttle service, up to one year.

  2. Pick shifts and service days

    Morning, evening, night or general shifts, on the weekdays you run. A preview lists every service day.

  3. Plan each shift

    Passenger count, the vehicle mix and the stops, with pickup and drop-off times for each shift.

  4. Save and assign shifts

    Each service day becomes a trip. Assign drivers and vehicles to all or selected days. Drivers can accept trips in the app.

Can I manage recurring shuttle service?

Yes. Shuttle runs have service days and shifts, and you assign drivers to each shift.

Yes. Drivers see upcoming, today and completed trips in the app and acknowledge them.

Can I see more than one month at a time?

Yes. The overview lets you pick any set of months and compare them with the period before.
