Questions
Does the calendar show shuttle runs?
Yes. Each shuttle service day shows on the calendar, and you can open a day to see its shifts. Turn shuttles on or off with one switch.
Can I see only confirmed trips?
Yes. Filter by trip status, such as inquiry, confirmed, assigned, in progress, completed or cancelled.
Are reminders on the calendar?
Yes. Reminders you create show on the same calendar, and you can hide them when you only want trips.
Does the calendar update when a trip changes?
Yes. It shows the same trips as the trip list and dispatch, so a change made anywhere appears on the calendar.
Can I open a trip from the calendar?
Yes. Click a trip to see its customer, stops and who is assigned, then open the full trip from the preview.
Can I create a trip from the calendar?
Yes. Use Create Trip at the top of the calendar.
